1. Install dependencies:
    ```bash
    npm install
    # or
    yarn install
    ```
    > Use `--legacy-peer-deps` flag if you face peer-dependency error during installation.

2. Start the development server:
    ```bash
    npm run dev
    # or
    yarn dev
    ```

3. 정적빌드 - SG (Static Generation)
    npm run build

4. 정적빌드 테스트
    node server.js

npm run dev	: .env -> .env.development -> .env.local
npm run build : .env -> .env.production -> .env.local
